The forty-second annual general meeting of the Market Research Benevolent Association will take place on Wednesday, 12th September, 2018 at Doggett’s Coat and Badge, Blackfriars Road, London SE1 at 4:00pm

The business to be transacted at this meeting will be:
1. The presentation of the Trustees’ Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March 2018
2. The election of three members of the Management Committee
3. The election of the Independent Examiner (Auditor)
4. Any other business

Nominations for the Management Committee are hereby invited. Only life governors and governors or members who have been in membership for two consecutive years or who commit to being a member for three years are eligible for election. A person who is not already a member of the Management Committee has to be nominated in writing by at least six members of the Association (although such support need not be on a single nomination document).

Nomination forms should be received by the Secretary no later than 22nd August, 2018.

Notice of other items that members wish to be placed on the agenda must be received in writing by the Secretary no later than the 22nd August, 2018. The Secretary can be contacted at info@mrba.org.uk
