The Market Research Benevolent Association helps those who work, or have worked, in market research in any capacity. Founded in 1977, it exists to provide financial help and support to those who have fallen on hard times through being sick, bereaved, injured or afflicted by other misfortunes.
The MRBA now announces a new service, designed to provide advice on matters of personal, employment or financial concern. This new service is available via the NABS Telephone Helpline thanks to the kind co-operation of NABS. Anytime you need help or advice just call our new national-rate number 0845 652 03 03 either to apply for financial assistance from the MRBA, or to get other advice courtesy of NABS.

With support from NABS (the marketing communications industry’s support and information service), this new Helpline represents an important expansion of the services provided by the MRBA beyond those that the Association has been able to offer to date. It is designed to help not only fieldworkers, but also office-based people in market research, who may need advice as much as, or more than, financial assistance.
